Before we arrive

Please Prepare Your Space

These simple steps help us work safely, efficiently, and keep your service running smoothly.

  1. 1

    Clear the work area

Please remove personal items, decorations, toys, clutter and other objects from the immediate work area where reasonably possible.

  2. 2

    Make the area accessible

Make sure the technician can safely and easily reach the wall, ceiling, furniture, fixture, equipment or other area where work will be performed.

  3. 3

    Have your items ready

If you're providing equipment, hardware, fixtures, parts or products for installation, please have them accessible when we arrive.

  4. 4

    Move fragile items

Remove fragile items and valuables from the immediate work area.

  5. 5

Secure pets & keep the area clear

Keep pets and children safely away from the active work area.

  6. 6

    Be ready to confirm placement

For installations, have a general idea of where you'd like the item installed. The technician can review final placement with you before beginning when applicable.
