• The project description you send us, including anything you describe to our online project assistant
• Photos of the project area, when you choose to send them
• Booking and service information, such as appointment dates, arrival updates and job notes
• Estimate, invoice, payment and receipt records related to your project
• Basic website and analytics information, such as the pages visited and how you reached our site

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule and perform work, communicate about your project, send invoices and receipts, keep our own business records, and improve our service.

SMS / Text messaging

If you check the optional SMS box on one of our forms, we use your mobile number and that consent only to send you service-related messages about your project, estimates, appointments, scheduling, arrival and service updates, invoices, payments and follow-up.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your mobile information and SMS consent/opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent is always optional and is never required to request service, receive an estimate, book work or purchase services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Service providers

We use normal business service providers — for example our website and database hosting, email delivery, payment processing, messaging and calendar tools — which may process your information only as necessary to provide those services to us.

Keeping and protecting information

Customer, project, estimate, job and payment records are kept in our private business system, which requires a staff login. We keep records as long as needed for the work and for our business and tax records.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop texting you at any time by replying STOP or by telling us directly, and you can ask what information we hold about you or ask us to correct it. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from doing business with us by phone or email.
