Our services

Hang The Valley provides handyman and home-improvement services in the Phoenix metro area. Submitting a project request is not a booking or an agreement to a price. Work is performed after we discuss the project and agree on scope, price and a scheduled time.

Estimates and scheduling

Estimates describe the work as we understand it at the time and may need to change if conditions on site differ. Appointment times include an arrival window, and we will keep you updated if anything changes.

SMS Messaging Terms

• Customers may voluntarily opt in to Hang The Valley project and service text updates.
• Messages may include project communications, estimates, appointment confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling, appointment reminders, arrival-window updates, En Route and service updates, invoices, payments, receipts and service follow-up.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to SMS messaging is not a condition of purchasing any services.
• Reply STOP to opt out.
• Reply HELP for help.
• For customer support, call 480-599-6138.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from doing business with Hang The Valley through other available communication methods, such as a phone call or email.

Invoices and payment

Invoices show the amount due and the payment options available. Card payments may include a stated processing fee, which is shown before you pay. Payments reported through an outside app are applied once we confirm we received them.
