Before we arrive

Please Prepare Your Space

These simple steps help us work safely, efficiently, and keep your service running smoothly.

  1. 1

    Clear the floor

Clear the floor beneath each fan location so a ladder can be set up safely.

  2. 2

    Move fragile items

Move fragile items away from the work area.

  3. 3

    Have your fan ready

Have customer-provided fans and parts accessible. For multiple fans, note which fan belongs in which room.

  4. 4

    Panel access

Provide access to your electrical panel so power can be shut off where needed.

  5. 5

    Secure pets & children

Keep pets and children away from the work area.
